Coming June 21, 2019:
Recommended Books by A.E. Waite
Arthur Edward Waite (1857-1942) was a scholar, mystic, with deeper knowledge from varying mystical, spiritual, and occult (meaning "secret" or "hidden") traditions, including as a member of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. However, unlike such adepts as Aleister Crowley, he favored the Light, rather than the Dark, arts.
(Starting with the basics regarding religion, myth, ritual, and mystical experience. More (especially non-Western) philosophers, academics, traditions, etc., to come.
These are works that are deep, complex, multi-layered, and intense reads--our favorite kind. More fiction titles to come.
Recommended Books by Evelyn Underhill
Evelyn Underhill (1875 - 1941) was one of the most respected voices on the scholarship of Mysticism, and while her scholarship is most often from a Christian mystical tradition, her views were wholly inclusive and transcendent, demonstrating the truths that are at the foundation of all mystical practice.
Important Grail Literature
These are considered classics from the Medieval period. Others and ones from the Romantic Period to come.
